Question

WebScan missing features

asked on August 16, 2016

Is there a way to make the WebAccess WebScan utility match the clients scan tool?  The thumbnail pane and the "Revisions/Scanned Documents" pane are needed for page rearranging, multi scan handling, and document split/merge.  At least in any way more intuitive then I can find.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That is definitely Basic mode. You most likely checked the "do not show again" box on the scanning mode selection dialog. You can turn it off from the Options page in Web Access under Reset\Confirmation by resetting all hidden prompts.

Laserfiche Scanning is the same whether used from the Laserfiche Client or Web Access. Are you sure you didn't accidentally open it in Basic mode from Web Access?

Can you attach a screenshot of what you're looking at?

Below is a screen capture of the WebAccess Scan utility.  It is entirely possible, that it is opening in Basic mode, It does not seem to offer an option like the client does.  Is there a place where I can change the settings? I've attempted to search all of the options.

In the sample below, you will notice the missing sections.
