Is there a way to show outlook calendar on form.

I want to know if there is some way to show outlook calendar on the form. This is for meeting room reservation and I want the user who is filling the form a way to find if meeting room is available or not on a particular date and time.

 

Please suggest if there is a better way of doing this. Thank you

If the calendar will give you a URL, you can embed the calendar into the form using a custom HTML field.

Yes,  I am trying to do that, but I am not sure how to find the url for outlook calendar

Are you using Exchange on prem or Exchange online?

Has this option become more available with the new forms?  I have a form where people are entering event information and one question is to select the room.  Right now they have to go to their Microsoft calendar, create an event, and choose the available room(s).  I would really prefer if the available rooms for the date and time appeared in the form and they could reserve that room when they submit the form.
