Can emails (msg files) be imported directly as a TIFF/laserfiche page? Is there a setting that can be selected similar to pdfs that will generate Laserfiche Pages from the emails when imported? I've tried several things within the Options dialog box to no avail. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bila and Ziad,

There is no way to automatically convert email msg files to TIFF/Laserfiche pages on import. You can use Laserfiche Snapshot to accomplish this, however, either by printing to a Snapshot printer or generating pages from already-imported emails in the Windows Client.

Note that the Laserfiche web client added functionality in version 10.3 that allows you to preview email files directly in the folder browser without having to open each one individually, although they are still not Laserfiche pages in that case.
