Failover Clustering support for workflow 10

Is there any clustering support for workflow 10.? If there anything then kindly share the documentation here.

I have tried to look into this as well and all I found was this:

Seems that Workflow is not supported by failover clustering. This is the latest documentation based on this article back in 2014.
