First Page scan is blurry

Hello,

We are using Laserfhiche 8.2.1 and are having an issue when scanning. It seems that the first page always appears blurry. All the other pages are fine and easy to read. Any ideas?

Does it happen when you scan outside of Laserfiche?

No it does not, which is the weird part.

Does it work for other users on the same machine?
Since you appear to be running an older version of the LF client, can you upgrade to LF 8.3.2 or higher?

It seems to do it on any user on different machines.
