Hello,

 

Does the Forms server have to be web facing if people want to fill out Forms through the mobile app? A customer can fill out forms while on Wifi through the app but once they leave the building they get a network error when selecting forms.

It either has to be public facing or you need to have a VPN client for your users to connect using their mobile device so they are connected to your network.

Feeding off of Blake's response,

 

So basically there are kind of two steps to this.

1) The Mobile Server has to be able to 'communicate with'/'connect to' the Forms server.

2) Then users must be able to establish a connection to the Mobile Server and the Forms server, on whatever network connection they are using.
