Email Error Message

Hello-We have had several failed email activities and below is the message I get. Can someone help interpret what this means?

Hi Aya, 

It looks like there is an error in either the sender or receiver email address. Make sure those emails are valid. You can check the sender address by selecting advanced settings in the email activity.

Thank you Xavier for your response.

I changed the token which makes up the email address and tested with no error so hopefully this has resolved it.
