Hello,

I have a user who is trying to test QF's in their devoloment environment. They have entered their QF's Server URL but receive the message " You must provide the address of your Quick Fields Server before continuing".

I have provided a screen shot of the issue. The error in red has been resolved so it is no longer a part of the problem. Does anyone have any insight as to why they are getting this message after inputting the correct server name and port?

Hi Tessa,

I was able to resolve this issue by inputting the default port which was 8093 at the end of the URL.

What happens when they click "Test" and/or "Apply"?
