Hi Dane,

In Admin Console, Auditing > Settings node, once you change your Rollover Directory to a new path, all rollover logs will be moved into the new path. (Rollover audit logs are old logs named in the fashion of 'auditlogname-date-index.log') 

Changing Rollover Directory shouldn't affect data that has been imported into Audit Trail.
