Disable Export on specific document

Is it possible to disable / not allow exporting on one particular document in the Laserfiche repository while retaining the User Feature Right ' Export'?

Use Case:

User A can scan index and view documents. Most all documents can be exported, emailed, and printed from Laserfiche; however, some sensitive information documents (which User A still need to be able to read) should never be allowed to be exported, emailed, or printed.

I create a security tag with a watermark that when applied has Workflow assign/remove security rights (Deny All except Browse and Read for this entry only) at the document level for User A, but the option to email, export, and print still functions.

Hi Lance,

Based on the use case you described above, it's not possible to disallow export, email and print feature rights on entries that the user has access to. This is because feature rights are repository-wide, and you'd need to use entry access rights to specify where this user can perform those actions. If a user has the entry access rights to browse and read documents, even if he/she does not have the feature rights to export, email, and print, he/she can still take a screenshot of the document content and export the documents that way.
