Which app did you use on the phone? Can you check the security settings of the phone and see if using GPS is disallowed on the app?

Im using the Laserfiche App.  GPS is on since I'm using Google maps just fine and the Icon is enabled.

Location, Camera, and Storage permissions for app are enabled.

The issue might be related with the Laserfiche App. I added a "mobile" tag on the question and redirected the question to the mobile team.

Hello Chase,

My apologies for this convenience. This appears to be an issue from the Forms-end when using the "Use Current Location" from the Geolocation Field, on certain web browsers such as Chrome. An issue(SCR) has been filed, and this thread will be updated once a fix/release has been addressed.

Regards,

Hi, Chase!

Is your Forms server configured as http:// or https://? There's been a change in Chrome's behavior where certain actions are no longer allowed over http:// as an added security measure. Geolocation is one of the affected features.

See https://goo.gl/rStTGz for more info.

Hi Chase, it may because you selected "Don't Allow" when a confirm such as "Allow "Laserfiche" to access your location while you use this app?". Please refer to the solution provided here if you are using IOS:  http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10422322/location-services-in-mobile-safari-dont-allow-is-saved-forever-even-with-re
