I have a customer that one of our BA's were working with that ran into an odd issue with the LF client.

Over the last week they upgraded all of their machines to Windows 10. They are using the laserfiche 10 (haven't upgraded to laserfiche 10.1 yet). The version of office is 2013.

They can open up documents from laserfiche just fine. The laserfiche tab in word shows the metadata button, when clicking it it shows the metadata window. However they cannot make any changes to this window because the "OK" button doesn't work. This functionality worked fine before they upgraded to Windows 10. 

If they right click and choose metadata from the laserfiche client it works without issue still. The problem only happens when it's opened via the metadata button on the office toolbar.
