Hello,

I have a user who is trying to submit forms and is running into an issue where the form has become suspended. The user has already restarted the Forms Routing Service and it has not resolved the issue. Event viewer has shown an error which is provided below:

Does anyone have any insight as to why these docs may be showing as suspended?

Thanks!

What is the next item in the process modeler where it is supposed to go when it throws the error?

Hello Blake,

Thanks, we were able to determine that the user was trying to save into a records folder which is not doable. Once they created a regular folder they were able to get the form to save in LF.

Thanks!
