Hi
The Volume Consistency Checker works with version 10.1? There another way to check the Volume Consistency? If we enable the checksum after we have a crash on our storage, it can help to see if we have images missing?
Thanks and regards

The Volume Consistency checker works in version 10 , ensure the application gets installed in the same machine as the Laserfiche Server. Regarding your inquiry about Checksum to determine missing images, in general Checksum is use to verify if the content of the volume has not been altered outside of Laserfiche, therefore it wont provide accurate information for missing files. Please use the Volume consistency Checker tool, which will provide a html file with a summary of all files missing for the volume in question.
Hi, is there a newer versión of this app...¿? At this moment we are using it but the problem we found is that when it founds a problem like disk corruption it stops so we can not know the consistency of the total volume...
For example this error:
DefaultSource Information 0 System.IO.IOException: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.Directory.InternalGetFileDirectoryNames(String path, String userPathOriginal, String searchPattern, Boolean includeFiles, Boolean includeDirs, SearchOption searchOption)
at System.IO.DirectoryInfo.GetFiles(String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption)
at VolCon8.Form1.ValidateVolumeSection(Int32 volid, Int32 storeidstart, String volpath, ValidateType type, Boolean IgnoreNonLF)
at VolCon8.Form1.ValidatePages(Int32 volid, String volpath, ValidateType type, Boolean IgnoreNonLF)
at VolCon8.Form1.ValidateVolume()
Hi Robinson,
There is not a new version of this utility. Please work with support on the issue you are encountering.
