1) Did you tried pulling down on the iOS app, you will see the search at the top of the screen.

2) Did you ensure that you logged in as a user with search rights? With the same user you used to log into the android app that can search, use those same credentials to log in, into the iOS app

Also if you still don't see the search bar at the top of the screen on the iOS app after you pull down, can you go into Settings > versions and provide us the exact version including the build of the app.

Hi Ketsia,

I am running the exact same version and can see the search option at the top of the folder browsers as normal. Check that the user has you are logging in as the search right enabled. As a test, explicitly add the search right for the user you are logging into the app as.

Hi Chris,

The user already has the search right, my other colleagues tested with android and for them the search button appears.

That's good to know. Very odd though. Have you tried removing and re-installing the app on the affected device?

EDIT: Also if the users which work log onto the affected device does it work for them?

One thing to check is the user's "Effective Rights". sometimes they may appear to have a certain right, but through group rights as well, it can affect whether a user ultimately what certain rights. So From Chris's screenshot, for the same user that has this issue on the iOS, can you check the "Effective Rights' of said user?
