Laserfiche Import Agent error "An HTTP operation has timed out."

Hi guys,

Good day to everyone!

Just want to ask something about Import Agent.

After setting up the configurations/settings in the Import Agent -> OPTIONS.

Then start to run the the service, we get an error "An HTTP operation has timed out.".

Does this have to do with the account of the Import Agent, or the account of the person who set up the profiles in Import Agent?

We have tried using various accounts when we start the service (to check the authentication), but none works and starts the Import Agent.

Has anyone encountered the same issue and maybe you can anyone help us with the issue?

Also, where can I get the log file for Import agent? We set the error logging to "High" so everything can be logged.

Can you have your VAR open a case with Support so we can look into the matter?
