I posted this as a reply to an existing question, so it may not have got noticed.

For some reason I don't have the option box for "Authenticated submitters" even though the main summary page shows that I have 10 of those licenses.

I'm running License Manager 8.3.1.404

Jay,

A support case has been opened on your behalf. There's a missing flag in the Forms product block in your master license. Once the issue has been addressed, we'll notify your reseller in the support case and you here in this thread.

This issue has been addressed. Please renew your Rio master license by using the "Add master license" command in the License Manager Administration Console.

Jay, could you contact your reseller and open a case with Tech Support, please? It's hard to tell what's going on from one screenshot. Looking at past cases for you, it looks like you might have a custom master license, so maybe the participant users are not correct or missing altogether.
