Forms instances time life

Dears,

how forms instances time life is managed in Laserfiche Forms? 

also, Possible to set a timer to delete instances that was completed since x time?

Currently instances in Forms are kept forever. You can manually delete instances from a process, but there is no automated way currently to delete those instances.

I would be curious with Laserfiche 11 coming later this year and having the Forms and Workflow servers combined if it will allow for that kind of activity to delete instances that are so old from specific processes.

Blake, Is there any way to clear out forms from the Forms server that have been saved to the repository?
