We have a customer that is thinking about moving there existing laserfiche environment into the 'Cloud'.
Is there any information on how to move an existing system to laserfiche cloud?

Moving from an on-premises to a 'Cloud' environment is possible if the current LF user is on LF 8 & above. Laserfiche offers a tool to make the migration a smooth transition. Please feel free to reach out to me using the information below to further clarify any questions.

What is the tool for migration to cloud called?
Does this still hold true? Can anyone be migrated from on prem to cloud as long as they are on version 8 or higher?

Yes, our repository import migration utility supports repositories on at least Laserfiche 8. Repositories from earlier versions (6 or 7) will need to upgrade to at least Laserfiche 8 before using the repository export client.

Self-hosted Laserfiche Forms business processes can be exported and then imported into Laserfiche Cloud Process Automation Business Processes.
Workflows will still need to be recreated in Laserfiche Cloud.

Is there a way of moving from Cloud to an on premise setup, including moving active workflows?
There is currently no migration path for active processes in either direction.
You can migrate to Cloud from on prem using the migration utility, correct? Can you use the migration utility to go from CLoud to an on prem installation?
The migration utility transfers an on-prem repository to the cloud. To go from a cloud repository to an on-prem one, you can briefcase data out.
If a form and process are built in the cloud using the modern designer, can I export it and upload it to an on prem system (10.4). It exports as an .xml. Thanks!
