Delay activity not working

I have a customer who has a delay activity set to one minute. However it never finishes running. It doesn't seem to ever go the next activity. Has anyone seen this issue with  Workflow Designer v. 9.0.2.236?

Can you post the Workflow so we can see the Time Activity and how it is works
