I have a customer that has a RME system with a transparent records management workflow, and they don't like that when they need to rename a document that they need to rename the shortcut in the transparent records management folders as well. I'm struggling to conceptualize this workflow, so I'm hoping that someone could give me a push in the right direction. Since most of the users have access to the TRM folders, they would like to be able to rename the shortcut, and have it rename the document automatically. If that is even possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
