Question

Is there a quick way to tell if a document has been OCR'd In the LF Client?

asked on July 27, 2016

Hello,

I am trying to find a quick way to tell if a document has been OCR'd within the LF Client. The reasoning behind this is being that even if a page is already OCR'd, it will let you OCR it again. If there is no easy indicator as to whether a page has been OCR'd. What would be the next easiest way to find that information about documents?

Thanks!

There is an entry listing column called "OCR'ed Pages" which shows blank, "All", or "Some":

Hi all,

I am not seeing the "OCR'ed Pages" column option under the column picker in Laserfiche Webclient 10.3. Has this been removed?

Thank you,

Olga.

The column is now called 'Text Pages', to more accurately account for the fact that OCR isn't the only method that someone could use to get text pages into a document.

Thank you Justin, this was my first thought, but I was not 100% sure.
