Scanner Help Issue

Hi,

When i try to click Help->Contents in the Scanner window, another window pops up asking me to either look for online or local help.

When i click use online, this is what i get

Now, when i click ok and start the process again (Help->Contents), it doesn't even ask me Online or local and goes back to the same error again. Even if i close and reopen LF Client same error shows.

I have tested the same thing on multiple computers.

I can't reproduce the error about local help not being installed. Version 10 has a known issue where online help does not open properly from LF Scanning. Please open it from the Client or from Web Access instead.

Same error from both web access and Client. Error is not going away even after restarting. So i can't chose local or online help anymore.

I mean, open the Help file from the Client or Web Access, not from inside LF Scanning. LF Scanning will behave the same way no matter where it's launched from because it's the same application in both the Client and Web Access.
