Can Rio Retrieval Users Utilize the Mobile App?

As Retrieval Users are able to use Web Access in a read-only manner, can they also use the app in the same way?

Hello Ryan,

 

The app will behave in the same way. Basically the app version is a light-weight and portable version of Web Access, containing many of the more commonly used features within it. However in regards to login access and authentication of that respect, it will behave the same way as Web Access and the desktop client.
