Insert Data: reset cell data is inserted into

I am using an Insert Data in workflow to insert data into an Excel file. How do i get the Insert Data to reset to the first cell? 

When i delete everything from the Excel file the Data is inserted into the last cell filled by the workflow previously even if cells above it are empty. 

 

Example: I had workflow insert data into the excel file which filled up to cell 400, i then cleared all data from the excel file and ran the workflow again, the data was entered starting at cell 401.

The ODBC driver for Excel does not support DELETE or UPDATE statements. See this page for more info.
