9059 Error in a workflow

My client is getting a 9059 error when they have a workflow move pages of a document. We looked up the error but the information on it doesn't seem relevant since they don't have LF 6 or 7 running in their network. Has anyone else gotten this error before? I also wasn't able to find any relevant errors in the event logs.

It's possible somebody else had the document locked. Workflow retries the operation after a 9059 error and it looks like it succeeded on the third attempt.
