Change profile location for mass deployment

Is there a way to change the profile location for the Laserfiche Connector on a mass scale? I know there is an option to set it when installing it via deployment script. I need to change the location for the shared profile location on a mass scale. Any help would be appreciated.

The customprofile location is stored in an xml file (CustomProfileLocation.xml) in the Laserfiche Connector installation directory. You would need to push out a new version of that file if Connector is already installed.
