I have one user who cannot view emails from Laserfiche properly. I sat with her and demonstrated the new Import Profile tool, for which I had created a profile for emails and one for invoices. She dragged it in, chose the email profile out of the list and we brought it into LF. When she tried to open it from LF, this is what she sees (even though I can view the email fine from my desktop LF client):
What could be wrong? (Oh, important note: out of a list of 10 emails brought in this way, she would view one or two, so it's not all the emails she can't view.)
