Laserfiche not viewing emails correctly for one of our users

I have one user who cannot view emails from Laserfiche properly.  I sat with her and demonstrated the new Import Profile tool, for which I had created a profile for emails and one for invoices.  She dragged it in, chose the email profile out of the list and we brought it into LF.  When she tried to open it from LF, this is what she sees (even though I can view the email fine from my desktop LF client):

What could be wrong?  (Oh, important note:  out of a list of 10 emails brought in this way, she would view one or two, so it's not all the emails she can't view.)

Hi Connie,

Do you normally view them in the document viewer like that, or does Outlook normally open to view the emails in? It may be that these emails don't have archive image pages generated for them, so there's nothing to view in the document viewer. You can check this by right clicking on the email and seeing if open electronic file is available as an option, which will force the Client to open it in Outlook. 

If that's the case, you should check the users view options and see if it's set to open electronic documents in the document viewer instead of the native application.

They normally open up as an Outlook email.  In fact, she clicked on one and it did actually open properly today, but three or four others we tried today opened like this.  I then went back to my desk and tried it, and all of them opened properly for me.

Okay, this turned out to be an issue of the users defaults for View\Open With.  Thanks, Justin!  I changed her settings to match mine and she is able to view these properly now.
