New to Laserfiche and workflow.  My apologies if this has been asked before; however, I have not seen it.  

I have built a workflow that triggers the following custom query.  When the query is triggered it entered the inserted data twice for each record inserted.  

The workflow is set to be triggered when the document is moved into the Temp folder. 

I have been attemting to determine the solution to this for two days without any luck.
