What is the complete toolkit pack?

What exactly is the complete toolkit pack? I've looked around but can't seem to find much on what it is and what it's used for. Is there any sort of white paper on this, or can someone give a brief explanation of it's purpose?

Hi Nick, 

That's an old name for the Laserfiche SDK.

ok, one of the customers has this and was asking what it was and I wasn't completely sure. I'm still pretty new to everything so that makes a little more sense now. it probably has to do with the custom programming they have setup.
