Question

search.UpdateStatus Method

SDK
asked on July 13, 2016

Hello, can someone tell me which right and/or privilege is required to be able to call this method?

We are using the Search.UpdateStatus(); method to search and when our code hits this method, we are receiving the “Access denied (9013)” error.

Thanks.

I believe it should be this one but i am not sure.

Please take a look at this. What does your event viewer show you?

These are the rights assigned at the moment...and no privileges.

Calling this through the SDK does not require any privileges or feature rights. Is the search being performed on objects (templates/volumes/etc) that the user doesn't have access to?

I can login using the client (with the same user calling the method thru the SDK) and perform searches, add entries, etc.

Does it happen for all searches, even something trivial like {LF:ID=1}? What about with a different user?
