Office265 Sharepoint 2016 Integration

We have an opportunity to implement a RIO solution if it can integrate into an O365 Sharepoint 2016 Solution. Can anyone shed some light on this integration please - what can be done? what can't be done?

Our current SharePoint integration needs to be installed on the SharePoint machine, so it's not suitable for most hosted SharePoint solutions.

So, LF Forms and workflows with not work with SharePoint Cloud?  Thanks.

To be clear, it's not that they can't work together at all.  You could still embed a Form in an iframe in a SharePoint page, for instance.  You just couldn't use any of the integration points of our SharePoint integration product.
