OCR in Laserfiche Client not working

Hi everyone,

I have a desktop with windows 10 64bit and a LF Client version 10.1.1.254 installed, and I am having a problem with my OCR  on Laserfiche, I don't know what is going on. The OCR was working okay, but for some reason when I click on the OCR Button, and click "ok" to inicitate the OCR process, simple will freezed in this screen attached. How can I find out why my OCR is not processing?

Is it just this document? The image doesn't look very clean and the OCR engine has a default timeout of 15 minutes before it gives up on a page and moves on to the next one.

Hi Miruna,

No, it is for every document that I tried. Like the ocr box stays in the 0% for more than 15 minutes. I guess that it is not initiating. I even put in the priority "fast" but won't go. I will try reinstall the client in my machine.

The problem is somehow my Desktop, from others desktop is working okay.
