It would be great if the Laserfiche Mobile app had the ability to let the user decide whether to save the picture as jpg, tiff, or pdf.

USE CASE: I know I'm usually asked for a use case for requests like this, so here it is. We have a process where would like users to submit expense receipts. Currently if the user were to use the Mobile app, it would save the picture as a JPEG. That causes an issue as it is a requirement to combine all of the receipts into one document for a given time period.
If the user had the ability to change the document type to TIFF, we would then be able to use Workflow's out-of-the-box abilities to combine the documents together.
But JPG is still an image that would generate a page in a LF document when imported. It doesn't matter to Workflow what sort of image the underlying page is.
Am I missing something here? Are we talking about JPEG attachments to a form?
I just had the same conversation with a co-worker. I didn't think about it that way. I do believe it would still be a good feature to have added to the mobile app though. Thanks!
No problem. Just wanted to make sure we had the use case straight. I'll add it to the to-do list and we'll see if it's supported by devices.
