I create a form with lookup data resource that was chosen from SQL server database.  first time it submitted successful.  but later on it shows on the header of form an error msg : Preview Mode: Data entered will not be submitted. Additional, the form never lunched to my account in laserfiche repository, even the path set is correct.  What is the catch? please help!
