User is seeing Error: The Object is not identified, and cannot be locked or read from.

Hello,

 

I have a user who is currently experiencing an issue when trying to complete a scan into their LF repository. I have attached two screen shots of what windows populate when they try and do so. So far this user is the only user experiencing this issue. The user is in the correct security group. I have already had them follow the below steps to attemp to resolve the issue:

1. Have the user close completely out of LF

2.) Re-open LF, log in using the means they normally log in ( Windows Authentication or Laserfiche Authentication).

3.) Once logged back in, return to the Scanning window and try scanning and storing documents again

Any insight on what could cause this error would be greatly appreciated.

Check the volume that they are storing in, and make sure there is a volume selected.

I am getting this same exact issue. This is happening intermittently. When the client was facing this issue the other day, they restarted the services and it worked and now today the issue is happening again. She bounced the server and now it is working. What is causing this issue?
