Hello,
I have a user who is currently experiencing an issue when trying to complete a scan into their LF repository. I have attached two screen shots of what windows populate when they try and do so. So far this user is the only user experiencing this issue. The user is in the correct security group. I have already had them follow the below steps to attemp to resolve the issue:
1. Have the user close completely out of LF
2.) Re-open LF, log in using the means they normally log in ( Windows Authentication or Laserfiche Authentication).
3.) Once logged back in, return to the Scanning window and try scanning and storing documents again
Any insight on what could cause this error would be greatly appreciated.
