The new release information says that you can now, "...open audit reports for a particular entry directly from Web Access..." yet I cannot seem to be able to find this in Web Access. I'm logged in as Admin. I've accessed the Audit Trail Reporting web page and run a report on a specific document to see if that had to be done first. Still can't find a way to access audit info on a specific document from Web Access. Can anyone help me with this new way of viewing audit info?

You need to tell Web Access where your Audit Trail Reporter website is located in the Web Access configuration site. Once you do this, the option should display.
Is this something my IT needs to do on the server, or that I can do myself while logged onto LF Web Access? I don't see a spot for configuration.
By default, the Web Access configuration site is only avaliable on the WA server machine itself. It can be changed to be accessed remotely with specific users provided access, but otherwise, yeah, it's something IT would need to do as product configuration. https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/WAConfiguration/Content/general-services.htm describes where it's configured.
