I created a Template of Records Folders without Records Properties that will be used under various Record Series with varying Record Properties but do not seem to be able to get the Records Folders to inherit the destination Record Series properties. It requires we change the Parent Record Series and flip back in order to propagate the Records Properties to the child Record Folders every time I use a copy and paste.
