Web Access 10 - Is it possible to open an electronic file in electronic file view?

Client has PDFs in Laserfiche Repository without generated pages.

Is it possible to open them directly in WebAccess with with one click and view them in electronic file view?

Long way is to right click on the PDF, select open -> electronic file, then a pop up occurs asking to Edit, View or Cancel the document.

Is there an option to by-pass the pop up in WebAccess and have the document just open in electronic file view in WebAccess?

Hi Lance,

You can change your default behavior for viewing electronic files by changing your settings in user options. After navigating to the Options menu from the user drop-down, click "Display" and you should be able to select "Open electronic file in document viewer" under the "Viewing" section.

It can also be set as an attribute so you can deploy the setting to the everyone group.
