Hey! An interesting thing happened today with one of our forms...
A user filled out a required signature field (along with the rest of the form) and then clicked Submit. On the PDF version of the submitted form, the signature field was blank for some reason (see a screenshot here). I watched the user enter a signature, so there's no reason for it to be blank.
FWIW: That same user filled out many other forms on the same laptop (all of which had a required signature field), and this issue did not occur.
If the signature had not been properly collected, I would have expected the form not to allow a submission (since the signature field is required). Instead, the form allowed a submission.
Any ideas? We're on Version 9.2.1.1069. Thanks!
PS: We rely heavily on the PDF version of the form to prove that a signature was collected from the user. Having it be blank after a submission makes this tricky. :)
