I know we can add Starting Rules to our workflows to trigger them to run when a template field value has been modified, but is it possible to trigger a workflow to run when a template field has been modified?  

There didn't look to be any way to do this, but if anyone has suggestions on possible ways to accomplish this, I'm all ears!
