Error exporting folder contents in version 8.1

I'm trying to export data out of Laserfiche using the export folder contents feature and I'm receiving an error. The error reads "Unknown error. [6000]".

Any help would be appreciated.

My first guess is that it is encountering a document that can't be exported as a PDF. Please open a support case so we can troubleshoot the issue.
