Web access 10 - default view for electronic documents

My client's default view is "set to width" when I log in under their username. When I log in as Admin it defaults to "set to window".

I am not seeing where I change this. Admin console??

This is stored in the user attribute [Settings]DefaultZoom.  0 = fit window, 1 = fit width, 2 = fit height. The default is 1 (fit width)
