Hi,

I was trying to solve this question when i thought about using forms url.

After following this i was able to populate certain fields in my form but i was wondering if i could populate check box or radio using url. 

In case of check box i would like to populate multiple boxes.

So far it hasn't work for me. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
