Dear All,
We are using LF RIO 9.2 server with Audit trail.
Recently we noticed that document events are missing in the Audit trail, and workflow too.
Some entry IDs are missing create document events in the audit trail system, and Write Meta data field values. The issue is found when the documents are not moving out of the folder after approval. The documents are follow a sequence of workflows. No records are found, when searching for the history of the documents in workflow and audit trail system.
It is very strange to see this issue after using Laserfiche for last 4 years.
