We just upgraded to Tyler Incode V2015.9.59 and have a Tyler developed standard SDK interface to Laserfiche 9.1 Client. We have an content management icon in Incode that once clicked pulls up Laserfiche images from the interface defined Laserfiche folder and matches on a defined metadata key field. This setup is used on Eight of our Dell Workstations. Five of the workstations have 5 second response time when Laserfiche is called from the Tyler Incode application. Three of the workstations have 20 second response time and sometimes time out. All 8 of the workstations have similar hardware setups. We have swapped network cables and different userids. We have tried to isolate the issue by temporarily disabling virus software, various services, etc. The problem is somewhere in the 3 machine setup that causes the flow response time.
Any ideas or things to test to see where the problem lies?
In our previous version of Incode version 9 /Laserfiche 9.1 interface, we did not have this issue.
