Once one of our forms has been received into the repository for review, the formatting is a little off.

See attached screen shot showing that the image has carried on over two pages and subsequently the field name has gone over my entry, any ideas how to fix this? The Signature section is very important with regards to our forms so cannot have issues like this.

Secondly, why in the attached is my signature entry for 'Matt' so small compared to the other two above it even thought they were all entered the same way?
