I have a customer that is using Rio 10.1 with a Directory Server. The customer is complaining that when she trys to add a domain account to a group within the Laserfiche Admin Console she gets this "Select User or Group" box that lets her search for the user she needs within her directory. The second screenshot is what Windows provides if you try to add people anywhere else other than directly to a group within Laserfiche Rio 10.1 .

The first issue the customer is having is that the 2nd option does not always resolve correctly to the person she is trying to add. 

The second issue is that even when she is able to resolve the name to the correct person, the application picks the DC=KVC as the domain. This is incorrect. The windows application (second screenshot) resolves to the correct domain which is KVCKC. 

How can I make the windows method of adding someone pop up instead of the Laserfiche built option?
