hello , 

we are publishing some of our forms in our public portal , but from 2 days i found out that these forms is asking for username and password despite of these forms are public and not restricted to LF users , when i try to see what is the problem in the form processes the radio button to choose from public and restricted user is not there there is no option to choose from . what is the problem exactly?
