A client has import agent running but it keeps sending the files in the IA error folder. I looked at the event viewer and it spits out this error message:

There was an error executing the profile Sacramento Office - AP while importing the file "Untitled_06162016_121547.pdf". (Could not load file or assembly 'O2S.Components.PDFRender4NET, Version=4.5.0.15, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=6753860be21d84fb' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.)

I couldn't find anything regarding this error for Import Agent in the support site.

Thoughts?

Also their last windows update was on 7/15/2015 and their LF server 9.2

Hi Dennis,

Which version of Import Agent was installed?

If the version 10, the ImportAgentService.exe.config is included in installation package.
If the version before 10, please do as Junaid mentioned.
